Intactivist and inventor Ron Low, his company, and family will be featured on the first episode of “Strange Sex,” a TLC show airing at 9 p.m. Sunday, April 3, 2011.
The episode unabashedly voices the intactivist movements beliefs and that infant circumcision causes consequences later in life. The show brings the intactivist movement to millions of viewers who may have never heard of this issue.
Low says “Foreskin has the highest concentration of pleasure-receptive nerve endings, and it can serve as protection for the glans (penis head), keeping it moist and supple rather than dry and toughened.”
Low is heavily involved in Intactivist movement, saying parents don’t have a right to make the decision for non-consenting infants. He speaks out against medical claims of better health and hygiene as a reason for circumcision.
Intaction.org salutes Ron Low and his family for their dedication to the cause.
